Travel has always been more than a hobby for me—it's part of who I am. I grew up in a family where travel wasn't just a vacation; it was a way of life. My mother spent nearly 30 years in the travel industry, helping people create unforgettable journeys, while my father was an international businessman and South African expatriate whose work took him around the world. Their careers gave me an early appreciation for different cultures, meaningful experiences, and the value of thoughtful travel planning.
Professionally, I also built my own career in the travel industry before transitioning into project management, where I spent years leading complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail came together successfully. Along the way, I realized the same planning principles that drive successful projects also create exceptional travel experiences.
Today, I combine those two passions as the founder of The Pampered PM. My goal is to make travel planning feel organized, personalized, and enjoyable—whether you're planning a relaxing getaway, an international adventure, or the trip of a lifetime.
